Hi! 👋 I'm MB Samuel (formerly Crosier)¹.

I'm the cofounder of Gradient, where I focus on helping companies hire for and grow AI fluency on their teams. Before launching Gradient, I graduated from Harvard's MS/MBA: Engineering Sciences program. I also write a Substack called Chain of Thought, where I focus on long-form posts about technology, particularly AI, MCP, and developer tools.

Previously, I've worked as a Growth Marketer and in Business Operations at Stytch, as a consultant at Bain & Co, and in strategy & ops at Codecademy. I'm also a proud UVA engineering alum.
